THE SPANISH ROOM to Screen at Festival Flamenco de Cortometrajes in Spain

INCREDIBLE FILMS announces that THE SPANISH ROOM will compete at Festival Flamenco de Cortometrajes (FFLAC) in Madrid, Spain from December 8 to 11, 2011.

THE SPANISH ROOM will screen as part of FFLAC’s premiere Flamenco Feature Documentary competition. The objective of FFLAC is to promote the creation and diffusion of audio-visual projects that reflect the flamenco art form and its aesthetic forms of cultural, historical and artistic expression.

“I am honored that THE SPANISH ROOM has been chosen to compete at FFLAC as one of only eleven feature documentaries from around the world,” said Writer-Director Christopher Michael Roybal. “I hope that the film’s participation in the festival will help to further publicize the incredible flamenco being produced by Yjastros: The American Flamenco Repertory Company and the National Institute of Flamenco out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.”
